I believe

...what we do can actually change the world. For better and for worse. 

...in the glorious and unstoppable power of a big idea, executed across every channel imaginable and some that aren’t even channels yet.

...every process, from pitching to concepting, can be better and more efficient.

...people’s creative processes should be practiced and protected, no matter how unorthodox.

...the most important word in our business is because, because without it no one ever grows.

...you can run more than one big idea in social, so why's no one doing it?

...in inclusiveness, and making gender, color, race and religion invisible.

...in the awesomeness of collaboration. 

...being nice is as important as being talented.

...when you stop growing you start dying.

 

I don't believe

...I have all the answers.

...you start losing a client the day you win them.

...in the word consumer. I prefer ‘participant’.

...in digital art directors or digital copywriters. There’s no place for people who still aren’t integrated thinkers.

...in B2B. People don't stop being consumers just because you’re selling them a $200M Dreamliner.

...CCOs, ECDs, GCDs... should ever stop concepting. 

...juries always get it right.

...any brand is doing social well.

...you should ever dread going to work.
